I hired him to install a backsplash with a frame and I am SO happy with his work! “Wife and I remodeled a 20 year old bath with pedestal sink, fiberglass triangle shower, Sheetrock walls, closet on outside wall that was not insulated, noisey fan, and dated tile floor . Compared most tile stores in area, zen stonework was the most helpful, time, suggestions, many samples, returned phone calls , and Mark the manager was excellent to work with. With all decisions made, we still needed a demo person. They gave me a person to do the job reasonable and talented. Zen worked well with plum. , elec, demo , glass , but the best news was the quality of there work. The tile is patterned , grouted beautiful, and there ideas on shower drain, base, and work around the med cabinet is excellent. We plan to use them again on our down stairs bath.”

“This was a bathroom remodel that was over a year and a half in the making because of all kinds of delays (none having to do with Perillo) but Perillo stuck by me for the duration. They were extremely accommodating when I was visiting their showroom, they kept my countertop safe for months until it was time to install, they always returned my calls, and answered all of the questions I had. The install was completed before the schedule date and was done by two very friendly, professional employees. The countertop looks great and I am very pleased. I'll be going back to them when it's time for my kitchen remodel.”

“It finally came time to replace my old sink and countertops but I didn't know what I wanted and shopped around quite a bit. A friend had recently updated her kitchen with soapstone countertops and I knew that's what I had to have. She gave me Phil's number at The Soapstone Works and it was smooth sailing from there. Such a pleasant, talented and hard working guy. I was so happy to have hired such a craftsman because there were issues with my kitchen cabinets that he worked with as he installed the countertops. The window sill behind the sink was a mess and he tore it out and replaced with a soapstone sill. Phil's communication is excellent. He returns phone calls, makes the time to meet to go over the project and shows up when he says he will. I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone. Please just look at the countertops in my photos. The backsplash is being done by another guy after the holidays.”

“I hired Montes to install granite countertops for my new kitchen, and they did a fabulous job, especially on the 2-tier island with backsplash which was very tricky. I worked with Andrea, who helped me narrow down the granite choices to one that worked with my floor and cabinets, and she called frequently to make sure I was happy. She even special ordered a high end sink and faucet on my behalf, to help save me money. Now that's service! For installation, you can't beat Montes. The granite was matched beautifully and you can't even see a seam anywhere. The workers were patient, thorough and didn't leave until the job was completed to perfection. I LOVE my new countertops. Thank you Montes.”

“I had Wayne replace some cracked floor tiles for me. He also refaced my brick fireplace with granite tile. He did a fabulous job, gave a fair price and was neat and clean. I'm having him back to replace some base board for me. Highly recommended!!”
