“Granite Transformation’s of Grandville, MI, installed granite countertops and three under mount sinks in our kitchen and two bathrooms approximately 6 months ago. The product has been wonderful and the install was professional and thorough. We chose this firm primarily because they use a system that installs the new counters right on top of our existing counters making it a one-day install and this translates to no big tear-out, no days without a kitchen and much less mess. My husband and I did our homework, reading through their website and then visiting a home where this company had installed kitchen countertops and sink as well as two bathroom counters and sink. The homeowners were very pleased with the work and their only complaint was with the pressured, make your decision today sales approach. Then we visited the firm’s small showroom in Grandville, to look at counter edge options, sink types and to ask additional questions. We decided to move forward and chose Granite Transformations One third of the charges were required up front, a second third at the time of install and the final third immediately afterward. The sinks were measured and we were told the sink holes would be precut prior to arriving at our home, which they were We were instructed to have our pipes and sink removed for the day of the install and we had the rooms ready; cabinets empty, floors covered and rooms painted. I took the day off work as I always do because I like to be around to monitor contractors work, answer questions and solve problems, rather than come home to an unexpected and unhappy surprise. I asked the installers to please cut the last few cuts outside in the driveway and they accommodated my request. There one only one surprise;, the sales manager had promised me a large black sink only to find out from the installers that the large sink would not fit in our existing vanity. The pair of installers ran into a couple of unexpected issues but was able to find a solution and move forward. The company special delivered a smaller white sink from storage and the project was completed, as promised in one day. We are happy and willing to give positive referrals for Granite Transformation’s.”

We had a problem with some of the tiles in the shower that were slightly warped and Jeff worked very hard to get them in properly.
