“I hired a young bespoke cabinet maker to manufacture my elm wood kitchen. Some areas did not look right when approaching the “snagging phase” towards completion. I was out of my depth in being able to describe why it was not ideal in a factual way. I found Luke based on his superb review scores from delighted kitchen clients. Luke used his design and manufacturing expertise of bespoke cabinetry to highlight areas I had not even seen. he was considerate and fair in his appraisal. Took measurements to ensure his appraisal was facts based. He was also able to precisely identify the cause, and how to rectify each area of concern, which gave immense reassurance. I wished I had come across Luke during the design and manufacture phase of our project. Luke is very approachable, friendly and immensely helpful. Whilst I did not purchase a kitchen from Luke, given my experience of his knowledge and expertise, I would not hesitate to engage his services”

“Contacted Ramseys for Advice and an estimate relating to the possibility of change of use from under stairs pantry to a toilet. Realised that this could be a problematical proposition due to difficulty of diverting water to the area and breaking into sewer for drainage. Within a couple of days Coral Pegg arrived and carried out a survey of the room. Various possibilities were discussed and I was assured that the problems were surmountable. Visited Ramseys a few days later and was shown computer image of the proposal. This was agreed to and arrangements were made for fitter to visit which was within a couple of days. Costs were agreed and within a fortnight a plan of action was devised. Visits by fitter, plasterer, electrician and tiler followed and the job completed. Far less traumatic than I thought and with a high degree of finish. All waste was removed and the job left perfectly clean. I considered the costings to be very reasonable”

“We completed a project at our home this summer with Monte Carlo Tumbled Limestone tiles supplied by Quorn Stone. The display at the showroom is extensive and the staff at Oakengrove Yard, Hemel, could not have been more helpful. We were very pleased with the standard of service they gave us. The arrangements for delivery went completely as planned. The result was a massive success and the finished product was equal to the impressive photographs you will find on the website. One of the best pieces of advice they gave us was their recommendation of Mariano Mazilu to undertake the laying of the tiles. Mariano's standard of workmanship is top rate. He did a great job for us and was a pleasure to deal with, reliable and flexible.”
