Paul had great attention to detail. He was very tidy and completed the job on time. He was also very good at dealing with a little wobble I had regarding change of design. Would highly recommend.

Paul at BTC Ltd has been our tiler for 3 separate jobs since we moved in. I was lucky enough to spot his van near our house when we'd just moved from London and didn't know any trades people. Said a quick hello, invited him to quote, asked him to do the work and had him back every time since and will do again for the work we still have to do. He's done great work on the hallway floor and both kitchen and bathroom for us. He's offered great advice on the projects we had, helping to acheive exactly what we wanted and produced an excellent finish for a sensible price. No hesitation in recommending a nice guy and a very good tiler

Paul did a great job on our new build house. The tiling comprised of hall, kitchen, bathroom and en suite floors. The work was done to a high standard.

An absolutely fantastic company and I would highly recommend their services. The large floor area that we were having tiled was not straightforward and I know that a lot of consideration was needed to how it needed to be approached. Paul was not only very good natured about the wonkiness of the house, but he did a really wonderful job. I wouldn't hesitate to use Paul again. He was friendly, knowledgeable and skilfull.

Paul has completed a number of tiling jobs for us including laying a beautiful stone floor throughout downstairs and tiling our upstairs wet room. Neither of which were easy jobs due to uneven floors an walls. But they now both look fabulous. He was always on time, neat and tidy and easy talk to. Would have no issues recommending.

Paul tiled our bathroom last year and he did a fantastic job. I’m a perfectionist and very particular about the job looking right. We spent quite a lot on the tiles from Porcelanosa and they were large tiles so wanted to be confident that the end result reflected the money spent and thought that had gone in to the overall design. It looks amazing! He worked really hard, and worked with us to make sure we were happy with what he suggested when we hit a couple of bumps in the road which inevitably happens with tiling. Nothing phased him, he got on with it and the finish looks exactly as we’d hoped it would. Would not hesitate to highly recommend Paul.

Paul did an excellent job laying a patterned stone floor throughout the building plus tiling the wet room walls in my new annex/conversion. He was prompt, efficient and courteous . All the other tradesman also remarked on the excellence of his work.

Absolutely fantastic service. Very neat and tidy, the tiles look great laid with perfect symmetry in the room. Would definitely recommend and will use again!
