Quorn Stone

*Update-after posting this review, the issue was rectified and I was offered a delivery at my convenience, courtesy of Quorn Stone. Awful. The lady in the shop was lovely; that's where it ends. I placed an order to get an email on 21/2/2025 to say my order will be delivered on 25/2/2025 and to contact them if I wouldn't be in. I contacted them on 21/2/2025 saying could I have my delivery on a weekend as I work during the week. They responded on 24/2/2025 saying they couldn't do that, so I replied right away saying the earliest I could have someone come to my house to receive them was 7/3/2025. They didn't respond, and instead tried to deliver the tiles today (25/2/2025) after I said I would not be in. When I contacted customer services, they said I can re-arrange for 7/3/2025 but I would be charged by the shipping company and what would I like to do. I said either re-arrange it and Quorn should pay the charge or refund me. They replied saying they would pay half the charge, and if I was refunded then the shipping company would still charge me and Quorn would pay half of that. I am a special needs teacher who can't take a day off of work to wait in for some tiles. I told Quorn I wouldn't be in on the day they wanted to deliver, giving them as much notice as they gave me (4 days). They are now asking me to pay for their mistake. This isn't resolved and I'm so regretful for choosing them. Unless you work from home, have a family that can wait in for you or you need any kind of assistance from customer services, AVOID.

We completed a project at our home this summer with Monte Carlo Tumbled Limestone tiles supplied by Quorn Stone. The display at the showroom is extensive and the staff at Oakengrove Yard, Hemel, could not have been more helpful. We were very pleased with the standard of service they gave us. The arrangements for delivery went completely as planned. The result was a massive success and the finished product was equal to the impressive photographs you will find on the website. One of the best pieces of advice they gave us was their recommendation of Mariano Mazilu to undertake the laying of the tiles. Mariano's standard of workmanship is top rate. He did a great job for us and was a pleasure to deal with, reliable and flexible.

We are so pleased with our Dijon limestone tiles. They are stunning- my children love it as we have a fossil on one of the tiles! The customer service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We have had so many compliments about them-I can’t recommend them enough!

We cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Quorn Stone. From our first introductory meeting to many engagements leading to an incredible and beautiful finished stone floor covering 5 rooms, over 100 square meters. They are a special company which truly is focused on the customer and doing the best they can to ensure a fabulous experience and outcome. We would make a special mention for Tara from the Leicester office. Tara has a special talent for engaging with people and is so lovely to work with. Such a patient, calm and gentle way about her. We ordered Hambleton Ivory porcelain tiles for our new kitchen. We are so pleased with them. Arrived on time with no breakages. Quorn Stone are a very professional team to deal with and made things as simple as possible for us. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic quality limestone paving (tumbled Dijon cobbles and seasoned Dijon paving). Top quality product matched by top service from Quorn - Tara was exceptionally helpful in choosing the right product, sound advice and arranging a smooth delivery all the way to a sunny Isle of Man. And Sandy (Mr Retriever) loves the feel of the limestone too - a very comfy spot for a snooze…

We were so pleased with our tumbled limestone kitchen floor that we decided to use the outside pavers for our patio and are very pleased with the result. The service from everyone at Quorn Stone was very helpful and professional. Definitely recommend.

We chose Clermont Gris tiles which look stunning in our recently completed rear kitchen extension. The service we received from Katy at Quorn Stone was courteous, professional and very helpful. The showroom zt Gaddesden is a delight to visit and we were able to take our labrador Bear along to try out the different floors as slippery tiles are a problem for him. So, we are very happy with our choice and have no hesitation in recomending Quorn Stone.

We ordered the Grey Porcelain Stone effect Tile for our extension and the outdoor patio area. The service was amazing, so helpful and accommodating, the tiles have been brilliant. We wanted a flat tile that had texture but would be easy to clean as we have kids and a dog and we couldn’t be more pleased. We love the seamless transition between our indoor and outdoor tiles and would definitely order from Quorn Stone again.

I was so impressed with Quorn Stone! I've never had stone delivered to my house before and I didn't quite realise the logistics of it all - however the staff there were super helpful and talked me through the whole process. I live in the middle of the countryside and had to have a specialised delivery. I had in mind a very specific wood porcelain flooring and Quorn Stone found the perfect one from Italy. It's really easy to clean and looks great in my new kitchen!
