Ordered tiles in November and just kept getting vague promises of delivery with dates coming and going. Asked for a refund but no response. Eventually complaint picked up by the owner after I raised a disputed payment through my bank but he never followed through on his actions and once again promised delivery of tiles came and went with no communication. Now having to start form scratch with bathroom in a state over Xmas. Cannot recommend.

my decorator got the wall paper amount wrong, I have 3 rolls- nearly £300 left. The batch is less than a week old. They refuse to take it back - fair enough if that they don't still have that batch. But they won't even check. And they were late sending it. Avoid at all costs.

The sales team in this shop is brilliant, specially Celine and the owner Kaiser. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were amazing in understanding my needs, delivered samples to my home, sketched all the designs and matched my budged. They followed up on everything from beginning of order to the end when they delivered tiles. I ordered quite few different tiles in a very difficult time just before the covid-19 and it got difficult with the supply and delivery but Celine and Kaiser chased suppliers, kept me updated and got even their own people involved to deliver packages. They would call me even out of working hours to reassure where the order is. Amazing team! And beautiful tiles that we got! Would highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Céline at Style Ideas. I had been scouring the Internet for a particular type of wallpaper, and had almost given up when I just happened to drop into the showroom. That same afternoon Céline emailed me a selection of photos of wallpapers meeting my description, of which one was exactly right. A really bespoke service – highly recommended!

A wonderful team! As novices to house renovating we had no idea where, how and from whom to get help. Style offers you everything under one umbrella to get you the best in interior decorating within a reasonable budget. With a step by step approach we were able to think about the overall flow of the house, create different and eye catching designs and source high quality parts for kitchens, bathrooms and the rest. Would recommend.

I recently underwent a major redevelopment of my family home which resulted in having to move out of the house for over a year. I worked with the team at Style who guided me very professionally through all the tiled floor options for the numerous rooms that required tiling in the house. All members of the Style team are a delight to work with and I would have no hesitation in using their services again in the future. I particularly liked the room mock ups they provided me with so that I could see what my tile choices would look like and the always quick response/turnaround time they offered. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing design support.

I bought beautiful floor tiles and carpet which were excellent quality, the additional level of service both before and after the work was amazing!

Style have both designed and project managed my complete home renovation of my 6 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom 3000sq ft project. They have held my hand and given the best advice on every part of this project from choices, options and 3D designs of what the end would look like. They have the best choice of materials and a fantastic design team on hand at any time. I have not found anyone as good as them and could not have done this project without them.

Kaiser has a great business head and will be certain to get the projects moving swiftly and smoothly. Style Ideas will help you push the boundaries of design and create a space that is designed for you, with longevity in design and product quality. Kaiser and Mahir are fun to work with and help take the stress away from any anxiety during the project. I would certainly recommend Style Ideas, especially for kitchen, bathroom and interior design. These projects are generally focused on mid to high end.

We have been absolutely delighted with the full service experience received from Céline Brousse, Interior Sales & Design Consultant. Céline really understands customer service, and was extremely helpful in choosing the Italian marble effect porcelain tiles, showing us a computer generated image of the finished bathroom. We were most impressed by all the advice, the way the entire project was handled, with excellent communication - swift and comprehensive responses to queries even when Céline was out of the office abroad. Céline also sourced the superb custom made granite shelf to cover the cistern top. Thoroughly recommended.
