Avoid at all cost and do not pay them before the job is finished. I have been waiting for over 9 months for them to finish a simple job after they installed a damaged panel and didn’t finish the job the first time. Emails are either ignored or met with excuses and empty promises. Had to hire somebody else to clean up after them.

Ignored requests to pay outstanding invoice for goods received. When they had an issue with a machine we installed we dealt with it over the phone as it was user error and also mindful not to incur any more costs that would be unpaid. We went above and beyond, installing a panel saw on a makeshift mezzanine with ladder access and no safety rails in place. As we arrived one of their employees fell from this ladder and broke his leg and was rushed to hospital. ALL FACT. This is not the way a decent company should be run. AVOID

Provided us with an usafe (dangerous) bannister - which building control are now requesting we remove and replace. After care beyond shocking- only interested in the money.

Nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful staff, Carolina was excellent right from the start, she was so helpful. I wanted to replace the old splashback with new solid colour glass splashback, but we don't live nearby so didn't really know what company to pick, but as it happens I made the right choice. Top-quality work with the mirrored splashback for our office kitchen, very good communications and excellent price. Would happily deal with them again.

Just had my antique mirrored splashback installed and love it. These guys were great from start to finish, had 2 visits to my flat in Chelsea and were always on time. Was having difficulty selecting the pattern and they were extremely helpful sending out multiple samples and then letting me visit the factory to finally choose. These guys were disgusting in their treatment of my mother. They made us a bespoke door which is not bespoke in any way, and does not fit into our door frame, despite it taking them a number of months to deliver it. There are huge gaps on the angles of the frame, and the quality of workmanship is very low. Sun studio came as a group and intimidated my mother into signing the work off, whilst threatening her to destroy her bathroom if she didn't. Upon my return, I also noticed that a shower door that was installed in my bathroom has a piece of the plastic strip missing. This renders the door ineffective as huge amounts of water escape and cause knock-on damage. I would never recommend this organisation to anybody, and believe that I could have done a better job myself, with limited DIY skill. They have completely ignored the attempts to make contact with them and rectify the situation. Unfortunately, this guys are terrible and there are much better competitors in the local area.

The guys were very professional and made sure that products were to our specifications. The delivery was on time too.
