What a fantastic service from Tile Trends. Polite, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed on time and to budget with minimal disruption to the household. They have taken an awkward, tiny space and produced a (mini!) luxury bathroom. I can't recommend them highly enough. Sue, Stephen, Matt, Damien - thank you so much for giving me the perfect bathroom, I still can't quite believe what you managed to achieve!

We have recently had four fabulous ensuite / bathrooms designed by the " family run "Tile Trends . . Sue is enormously helpful with every aspect and always at the end of the phone with any questions I frequently had !! Stephen and Matt work to a very high standard and are extremely tidy with minimal inconvenience and are most helpful explaining things . A pleasure to have in the house and we will miss them. We are delighted with the whole project and look forward to the next one !

TileTrends have done a complete makeover of our downstairs clakroom/shower room. We wanted it to be classic, simple and good quality. It was a small area that needed to be well designed to fit everything in. From initial discusion of our design ideas and plans through to the end of the job, the Tile Trends team were most professional and a really excellent Team. Their product knowledge, timing, budgeting and workmanship were top class and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We wanted to part renovate our kitchen and build a small extension to house a downstairs cloakroom. Kitchen fitting firms we tried were not interested, only wanting to sell us complete refits. After a long search we found Tile Trends - it was our lucky day. They listened carefully to what we wanted to achieve, came up with helpful suggestions, searched for appropriate materials/fittings to suit us and provided detailed and accurate quotations. The building and fitting work was mostly undertaken by Stephen with help from his sons and one or two other craftsmen that he regularly uses. All were considerate, the work was of a high quality - no corner cutting - and they tidied up carefully at the end of of each day. Not only did they do an excellent job but Stephen and Sue are great people to deal with. We would definitely use them again.

We have given Tile Trends of Exeter the highest rating we could as they did an absolutely wonderful job. They are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products they sell, helpful and the tiling throughout our hall, cloakroom, dining area, kitchen and utility room looks stunning - the tiles look beautiful and the tiling is faultless (laid by a master tiler). A family run company that is approachable, accommodating (we moved dates and they still met our deadlines) and you are provided with a clear and precise breakdown of costings. Since the job was completed we have had lots of comments about how great our flooring looks, so we would like to say a big thank-you to Stephen, Sue and Matt Kennard for providing us with excellent customer service and porcelain tiling that we adore.

We are absolutely delighted with the floor tiles supplied and fitted by you for our large new porch and downstairs loo . It looks amazing. A very high standard of tiling. Carefully cut, laid and grouted with a superb finish. We highly recommend Tile Trends for a fast, friendly and quality service. On completion of this work we had to have our upstairs bathroom ripped out unexpectedly due to a leak. We had no hesitation in returning to Tile Trends to give us a quote to fully renovate and re-tile out family bathroom. They squeezed us in (despite not having any available weeks in the diary for over 8 months) and yet again we were over the moon with the result. The level of service from beginning to end is second to none! We now have a stunning new bathroom. Thanks to Sue, Steve, Damien and Matthew for all the hard work and for making a stressful situation as painless as possible! We will definitely be recommending Tile Trends to everyone we know.

Sue & Steve were great from start to finish. Sue was helpful when we were choosing the tiles, without being in any way pushy. We were able to take sample home to see them in situ before ordering. Steve came around to check the site before their fitter came to fit the tiles & we appreciated his professional knowledge & input ( & help with the cooker). The Italian tiles we now have on our kitchen floor look wonderful & we are very happy with them.

''No job too small'' was the remark from Sue when we asked for a Quote for Tile Trends to refurb our cloakroom. After they previously did an excellent job on our bathroom, but we thought the cloakroom would be a job too small! So it was that the job was completed again to a very high standard of workmanship. you could not ask for nicer or more professional people to deal with. Excellent choice of tiles and everything you need to complete the look in a very relaxed atmosphere in the showroom helps no end. So, as with our bathroom, we are very pleased with the new cloakroom.
