“I first used Encompass 3 years ago for a loft extension. Leon and Jason’s friendly and knowledgeable service shone through in our first few meetings and their advice left the other building firms that came to look and quote for the job, in the shade. During the building process the guys were always on hand to meet or on the other end of the phone to explain what was happening and where they were in relation to stated time-frames. The job was finished on time and on budget and to a very high standard, which has actually been life changing in certain respects.
