“Our grade two listed 400 year old cottage is situated in as sensitive conservation area. There were many challenges, not least, ensuring our neighbours were happy with the end result. David's expertise in all aspects is outstanding. The planning officer considered the finished product to be one of the best and most harmonious relationships and our parish council, believes our cottage to be the showcase of the village. The brief was to be sympathetic to the age and area, but contemporary and fundamentally our home. David took our brief and enhanced -by discussion- virtually every aspect of the design and build. This was a big, complex project lasting nine months. Four years on, we wouldn't change any detail. We would be delighted to speak or indeeed show our beautiful cottage to any prospective client. Additionally, David is a delight to work with and a major part of the success was due to David's calm, diligent and professional manner throughout.”

“Maya worked closely with us to produce layouts and building regulation submission for the proposed conversion of an attached garage to extend the existing kitchen, create a utility and a 3rd bedroom/study with ensuite at our property in Kingswinford. Maya was extremely professional and prompt with her responses. She sourced a structural engineer to carry the structural design required for the proposed modifications. We can thoroughly recommend Maya Architects.”

“We were really delighted with the designs from the General Architecture company for remodeling our Edwardian house. Kevin and his colleague really listened to our needs and came up with a design that was in keeping with the age of the property that maintained original features, whilst incorporating our needs for fish tanks, bike storage, and light! The design also allowed completion in stages to minimise disruption for family life. Kevin was able to answer queries promptly and help with all aspects of the planning process. Highly recommended."”

“Kate and the q2 Architects team absolutely exceeded our expectations during our build and we're really pleased with the result. She took time to understand how we may need the house to flow within the plot and through the existing house, and created the double and single extension and reconfiguration of our small cottage in a village conservation area to double the existing footprint and create a home we love. Kate was approachable and considerate throughout the process and had a great blend of clever ideas for creating a functional space, as well as for interesting details to enhance the wow factor of the house which we would never have thought of. This was a big project for us and it needed to be right and from the from initial ideas, drawing up our concept design, assisting with the planning application and then hands on support and overview through the build process, Kate was meticulous with details needed for the smooth running of the build and we had absolute confidence that she was keeping a close eye on things throughout. She was also great at working with the builders to ensure that we both met with the necessary building regulations and spotting things on site if they weren't quite right so that the build was of the highest quality. This was a huge project for us and Kate was absolutely integral to the success of the build and us being able to enjoy the process and have a home we loved at the end of it.”

“Bryn & Mark created the plans for our extension. They gave really great advice from the start. Compared to just asking a builder how they would add on a 3m kitchen extension they really came up with ideas that has created a fantastic, practical and delightful space. They were flexible working with us to tweak the drawings to make sure we had storage and power etc everywhere we wanted. We are thrilled with the end result and could not have achieved this without their vision.”

“I commissioned Peter in 2018 to design a sculpture for my lounge out of bronze. Peter kept us informed regarding his work throughout the design process and was able to provide prototypes to see what the final sculpture would look like. When the final sculpture was cast it was absolutely stunning. It was a real pleasure to be working with Peter and his team - hope to be using his design services in the future.”
