“I commissioned SLLD to provide a lighting scheme for my Grade A listed apartment in the Old Town in Edinburgh. The particular design challenge was to highlight a long, quite dark hall with a barrel vaulted ceiling. The SLLD solution exceeded my expectations with discreet floor lighting complimented by clever illumination that highlighted the Victorian ceiling features. Overall the apartment has been transformed with the lighting scheme. SLLD provided a highly professional service including a large dash of creativity.”

“We recently moved into our new build home which Claudia designed the lighting for. Despite our budget constraints she has created exactly the atmosphere we were looking for – both during the day and in the evening, especially in our large kitchen diner - allowing us to use the space in different ways throughout the day. I didn’t want to use many decorative light fittings and she came up with ways to illuminate the space and highlight the architecture of the house that are intergrated into the spaces. We are very happy with the final result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Claudia for your project.”
