“Tina was fabulous from start to finish. We had a long thin London Garden with no shape - but a beautiful Beech Tree in the middle - and she turned it into a journey of discovery. By creating different Seating Areas, Curved Walls, curved Flower beds and advice on Planting, our garden has become a pleasure to sit in all year and all day long. I have some planting knowledge myself but lack the ability to visualise the whole garden. We had great fun going through different options, planning areas and keeping existing plants in some areas and moving others. Tina listened to my thoughts and ideas, worked what was practical into the project and when the work finally started I felt very confident that the finished Garden would be perfect. We also had to fit in a Table Tennis Table. The finished Project was better than expected, I took my time researching Brick colours and Patio slabs and chatting to Tina about how they would enhance the plants around them. And it really worked. The garden was completed in August 2023 and I couldn't be happier. Just enjoying the bulbs popping their heads up now. Thanks Tina.”

“We hired the services of April House Garden in 2021 to design the landscape of our newly rebuilt cottage. Fast forward to the end of 2023 the garden looks incredibly beautiful which includes a diverse assortment of flowers, plants, and some trees. “Cheryl came highly recommended by a friend to help design part of our mature garden after a barn had been built to replace an old shed and some very old and diseased shrubs and trees had been removed. As a keen gardener I thought I knew what I wanted and was a bit surprised when Cheryl started by looking at our address on Google Earth but this demonstrates how she starts with the overall shape of the garden and an understanding of the surrounding landscape. Cheryl visited the garden twice. On the first we talked about how we use the garden, what we like, don’t like and how we want to maintain it. Cheryl left us with a sketch. On the second visit we refined the design on a scale drawing and discussed planting ideas. We’ve now had the plan created by a landscaper and are delighted with the result. The whole garden now makes sense – we have an interesting design that works so well but actually didn’t change much – changing a border shape, relocating an armillary sphere and creating a path through some existing trees where all unexpected things that make the garden so cohesive. Could not have achieved this without the help of a professional garden designer and Cheryl was a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable, creative and generously still on hand for ongoing planting advice.”

“I cannot recommend Kirsty and her team at George-Stone Gardens Limited highly enough. A few years ago we had them in to redesign our back garden, install a composite deck and bridge as well as erect a gazebo. They were amazingly polite and efficient and did an amazing job. We are still loving the job they did and would have them do more when the time comes.”

“I found Jane on an internet search for a garden designer within my area. Jane is very knowledgeable and very nice to work with. She has some lovely ideas and followed the brief we discussed so that I now have a lovely planting plan for my newly created large bed. She sourced the plants we settled on and they are being delivered next week and Jane will plant them soon after. I can't wait to see what it all looks like! I would highly recommend Jane Jordan Gardens.”
