Carole spent time with us all even the children listening to what we all wanted liked and disliked! Carole supported us as a family to come out of our comfort zones with colours and designs , without Carole’s support we would just have had a grey room with grey furniture with a little colourful cushion . We now have the most amazing home that absolutely has the wow factor but is also our safe home that hugs you with love ! Carole has also made us a journey book to keep from first meeting to completed work , this book will be always out on display it is part of our special journey! “We've used Matthew for a number of pieces of furniture in our house. We wanted pieces that were unique, well built out of quality materials and would fit exactly as we wanted them - something we couldn't find in the usual high street furniture shops. We ordered a computer desk, TV unit and a few side tables. We approached Matthew with a few basic ideas and he was able to sketch out some good designs for us that we could tweak and discuss the finer details as well as receive advice on what would work best. He was very helpful providing us with samples of colours and fixtures explaining how various materials would last and change with age - he also advised on how costs could be kept more reasonable through careful choice of cheaper woods in some interior fittings where the overall look would not be compromised. He then made the units (quite quickly) at a good price and the quality is superb. I wouldn't hesitate to use Matthew again, all I really need is a suitable excuse.”

“We were so impressed with Litterarty's services. My husband and I moved into a Terraced house about a year ago and wanted to invest in it looking good, but didn't know where to start. “We are the owners of the handbuilt painted kitchen. We absolutely love it and two years on it is still standing the test of time. Gary worked from us right from initial design through to installation. We had seen the style of kitchen in a brochure which Gary was happy to work with and had lots of suggestions for improvement. He showed great attention to detail with his measurements and design and came all the way down to Kent twice to look at the space and then again for installation and fine tuning. His passion is furniture making as you can see from our beautiful "larder cupboard" which Gary was very excited to make and we were very excited to be able to include in our kitchen!! Gary also made some cabinets for our walk in pantry and our utility room, all in keeping with the kitchen style. All in all a beautiful handmade kitchen for an extremely affordable price. I would highly recommend Gary.”
