I spent £3500 off a front door with Harron Ali. We had an issue within the first year. There is a design problem. the door expands too much in summer and door wont close with out a big slam. He said remove a rubber strip. He said adjust the hinges. He said he will send out a new lock system. Hes done nothing and today he tried to fob me of saying it only has 12 months warranty. Now it 2 years later. We still have the same issue still being fobbed off. Now he's hiding behind the warranty. But he does not understand he has done nothing the first issue has not been fixed. He would never come out to look. He takes you r money and does nothing. I was very patient with him as he sounded like a good man. but he's just a chancer. Ive offed him a chance to visit or send a expert witness. Do not buy from Harron.
