He was very personable, gave good sound advice and was very helpful. We were preparing for a wedding garden party on the last install day and he helped clear spaces and ensured that the window install went smoothly and a quality product was delivered. The rest of the install team were clean, tidy, professional, courteous and were also working around our preparations in a considerate way. We are very please with the product, the door and windows transform the space and certainly bring the outside in. They seem to be of a very good quality and just what we need.
