Linsey and Ross were very knowledgeable about the requirements for older houses such as ours, and did us a very fair price considering the amount of work. Then when the actual supply and fit came round, they were excellent - worked around our day (rather than the other way around) and kept us abreast of how things were coming along, any issues that they had encountered, etc. Our house is now much warmer and looks a lot nicer with the PVC windows - and they were round within a day when we encountered a couple of small issues.
