John was an excellent sales and point man; his involvement did not stop after he closed the deal. “SIW is the place to go for impact glass. They manufactured and installed our 250lb. 7'x7' glass pivot front door. It is spectacular. They also replaced our back doors with beautiful sliders. After the permit process (about 7 weeks) they removed our front door and installed in one day, same for the back doors, and then one more day for perfect finish carpentry (although they don't paint) Everything was done in a timely (amazing on Miami Beach), courteous, and impeccable fashion. And the owner Abe actually responds to phone calls quickly and helped us with the arduous inspection process. Abe takes pride in his product and his employees. If you need impact glass windows, sliders or doors in Southern Florida, look no further.”

“I received presentations & quotations from 4 window companies before choosing the Window Experts for total window replacement in our home. They should change their name to "The Professional Window Experts. Their pricing was aggressively competitive, the presentation clear & concise, and without the added pressure usually associated with home repair contractors. They handled all of the permitting & paper work necessary and when the job started, they really shined. No subs were used and their crew was outstanding. Neat, great clean-up everyday, on schedule and as much mitigation of dust as possible. Ya, there's dust. Great job guys.”

Though the presentation from the representative can seem long to some it was informative and the representative that came into our home was polite and professional. Since installing these windows I have noticed a decrease in my electric bill and the noise reduction in my home has been significant. . Which is wonderful since I live near a busy highway. .
