“10/25/17 - This business does not stand behind its products - i bought a $6250 custom wood pivot front door from them - its has warped, is falling apart, and unlockable withing less than 3 months of install - the company has not returned any voicemails or emails from us - the door was repairable when it first started having trouble - it is too far gone now & it has to be replaced - no response, nothing!! 10/30/17 - Jesse the NEW GM contacted me - he had not known about the severity of the situation from the prior GM - he has committed to me to resolve the situation and I am EXTREMELY appreciative of his response - they will be picking up the door tomorrow to bring back to the factory to resolve!!”

“Deon was very professional and made the perfect window for our outdoor kitchen remodel. He was very accommodating during the design phase and when he found out that I lived in the same city he immediately offered to come over and measure and plan the rough opening with me. He kept me apprised of his progress and when it came time to install he personally came over to oversee the installation of the window. The window is the highlight of our new patio and outdoor kitchen and we just love it!”

“We are remodeling our 60's ranch house on a strict budget. We had vinyl replacement windows, a vinyl replacement sliding door and a new fiberglass front door installed. Gerald did the initial consultation and provided an estimate.He also met with our stucco contractor to coordinate work and weigh in on a design issue regarding some old wood trim on the stucco under the main front window. Steve installed the front door and hardware/lockset. A hole was drilled in the wrong spot while installing the lockset but Steve immediately went to the hardware store and bought a washer to conceal it. I thought this would bother me but now it is not even noticed, nor has it been noticed by anyone else. Steve returned to the house a few days later when we had issues with the key not turning in the lock and addressed it. There have been no issues since then (3 months ago). The 2 man window crew worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job. We can't believe what a difference in temperature and noise made by the new windows. The company is friendly and professional and they deal with in a good product, Simonton. We would recommend to anyone. The only thing we would do differently is to have the door prefinished. We did it ourselves and just know it could look better but that's certainly on us.”

“I hired Bumba Windows & Doors to replace the windows in my father's home. It was built in 1942. I hired them on a recommendation from a friend. I dealt with Joe Taylor. He was very helpful. He came and measured the windows and was prompt. He kept me up to date on the delivery of the windows. He also returned my calls promptly and answered additional questions after I had installed the windows. Even on the weekends. He gave excellent customer service and was very personable. The Alpine Windows I purchased is of excellent quality. I would recommend Bumba Windows and Door and Joe Taylor to anyone with complete confidence.”
