“We finally decided to replace our 25 year old windows and sliders. This was not an easy decision considering we have 33 windows and 3 sliding glass doors. We had 3 different companies come out and give us information and estimates. Although all estimates were comparable in price, Michael Lewis (sales) far surpassed the others with his knowledge and experience. He provided us details and recommendations that suited our needs perfectly. He has a wonderful attitude and made this process go very smoothly. Since Ameristar manufactures their own windows, and their factory is located in Riverside, I was invited to take a tour before deciding. I met with Maribel who gave me a tour. What a treat to see American made products being manufactured right in my own home town. I was sold! My beautiful new windows were completed and installed exactly as proposed. The installers were very professional and it was obvious they know windows and love what they do. Once again, Michael Lewis was outstanding in over seeing the project. He was on-site during the installation and clean up. He even jumped in and helped out. He definately provided us great customer service and went well above his expected job duty. If you are looking to replace windows, give Ameristar a call. You will be so glad you did!”

“Great job Republic! Just had all new windows installed in our 3 bed unit after having originals for 42 years! The tenants were happy, I was happy and what a difference! Reduced the noise level, important when it's close to a busy street. Our other 2 bed unit was outfitted a few months ago and we could really tell the difference in temperature with that east window that gets the huge morning sun. A bit of relief. “My old windows were the original in a house built in the 1920's, Very drafty and not at all energy efficient. The American Vision sales rep gave me a variety of options from which to choose and demonstrated the features. American Vision also had some fantastic promotions: no sales tax, free labor, and a one-year interest free payment plan, I pretty much went with top of the line which included their top energy efficient windows. American Vision also included their sound package for free (this minimizes outside noise - L.A. is unbelievably noisy). More importantly, I had a deadline for installation which they absolutely had to meet or I would not be able to go through with the purchase. They had a small window of time but they met the deadline. Installation took approximately half a day. The installers were very professional and courteous. If I had questions or issues with the installation, they addressed them to my satisfaction. Before they left, they demonstrated all the features of my new windows and told me about energy rebates for which I could qualify. It is now summer in L.A. and we've had some very hot days. I can feel the difference in the temperature of the front area of the house, where the sun beats in unmercifully in the afternoons. The rooms are now comfortable whereas before it was like a sauna (I don't like air-conditioning!). The windows look beautiful. I am very satisfied with my purchase.”
