Overall okay. Good balance of quality and cost. But you need to spend a lot of time to sort out snags and chase them. If time is valuable to you I would go elsewhere. I am happy with the final windows and would recommend them if you can spend the time. Positives: The windows do reduce the road sound. One of the more affordable quotes (not the most affordable). They look good now that the snags have been sorted. Some of the lads that came round were very professional. Negatives: the Initial guy that gave a quote turned up 1/2hr late after I rushed home. Lots of snags, had to get the guys back 3 times after the install. The first time was the most frustrating as the installer tried to pull a fast one after bodging the window (it wasn't balanced so you couldn't shut the window without a bit of pushing a pulling) and telling me that it was supposed to be like that. To City Sound's credit, Jamie sent this guy back the same day to fix it. But sloppy painting, sticking windows, and a cracked window pane caused 2 more visits. Occasionally they can be a slow on the email replies. Advice to City Sound: Get your installers to get the install right the first time, so it doesn't waste your time and mine.
