We cannot accept your point of view for the following reasons :
First installation had been completed according to schedule. After installation it turned out that demista pad is not working properly. The problem resulted from the wrong cennection of demista pad, which had been done by your electrican.
You did not like that the distance between mirror edge and existing plaster. The difference were 2 mm.
To satisfy you we took all responsibility and we ordered new demista pad and make a new bigger mirror.
Before arriving to your property we sent a list of jobs, which need to be done to prepare place for new mirror installation.
When we come it turned out, that nothing has been done.
We removed the old mirror and demista pad and install the new one.
During the installation we had to do the jobs, which were not in scope of us.
We are a glazing company, not building or decorating.
We did the best to finish the installation.
Regarding to your opinion we would like to inform you that the situation with delays in the delivery of part of the door was not caused by our negligence but by your sub-contractor who ordered this door from us to you.
The door was made on time but your sub-contractor changed the delivery date 3 times.
Our Company policy is to receive all payments before delivery.
When the order had been delivered nobody was on delivery place.
Due to consideration about final payment the order were not left complete
On the day we received the final payment for the door, the missing items were delivered
Therefore, the problem did not occure on our side, but on the side of your sub-contractor with who you cooperated with.
We did the best to satisfy both sides.
