We at the Ken Rhodes Group Ltd have always believed in putting the customer first and are only too familiar with the tarnished reputation the double glazing industry has. As a family business who have been part of the community for over 35 years we pride ourselves on honest prices, friendly expert advice and unrivalled customer service. Service is always at the forefront of our minds as we know that a person’s home is their castle, and to able to work with homeowners to transform their space is a real privilege! We supply and install everything from windows & doors to stunning glass conservatories and orangeries. We love a challenge - our favourite projects are those where we can create a beautiful glazed extension which renews the look of the entire home! We had a fully piled, dwarf walled pvc glazed conservatory with French doors and glazed roof. It is still like new and does what Ken sold us 8 years ago. Warm in winter and cooler in summer. No blown units or faulty doors or openers. First class team and after service. Second to none. John and Mags

Brilliant from start to finish. I had a conservatory refurb and am very pleased with the service received. Excellent product and workmanship. The fitters Paul & Stuart worked non stop, was always on time and a pleasure to have around. They also provided the best quote out of the three quotes I got.

We had most of the windows replaced in our house recently and are very happy with the work we had done. Everything was carried out as scheduled, the fitter worked very professionally and we were most impressed by the excellent condition he left the rooms in. We feel we received excellent value for money- definitely recommended.

I highly recommend The Ken Rhodes Group. A great professional service from start to finish. when receiving our quote they were really helpful discussing all the different options and styles of windows. We had our windows replaced throughout our house, the price was far better than what i expected compared to other quotes from other window companies. The installation was stress free and No mess. overall 10/10.

Had my porch reconstructed as well as some new exterior doors. Wife was very happy with the workmen who were clean and polite as she was here the whole time. Ken and his team gave that personal touch all the way through. Very confidently would use again.
