We had a large, 6-panel sash window in our sitting room replaced by Timbawood in September 2017. I have been really impressed throughout the process. I did a factory tour to go through all the options and found everyone friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The installation was quick and straightforward and the team were a pleasure to have around. The result is very smart and really makes a different to the front of the house. Virtually everyone who has visited us since then has remarked on it and when I had a quote done for shutters the person commented that the measurements for the windows were absolutely perfect which is actually quite a rarity.
