I researched several companies before concluding Conor at White Oak was the right choice to build some custom hardwood drive gates for our listed Georgian property. He came out quickly and discussed our needs in depth, giving us great advice and helping us decide on the wood to use and to finalise the design. As promised, within 24hrs we had our quote and an assurance that he would start on the project quickly if he got the business. Sure enough, after a further measure-up, the gates were completed ahead of schedule and installed with fantastic quality hinges and other gate hardware. I’m never one to usually bother with a long review but Conor impressed from start to finish and is a man of his word, utterly professional and clearly has a passion for what he does and works with pride. I can honestly say I’ve never experienced customer service like it and the finished item is spectacular. I recommend White Oak without reservation and look forward to doing more business in the future.

We Contracted White Oak Joinery to manufacture and install a number of hardwood sash windows to a project we had undertaken. I had accoya electric gates made by White Oak joinery and can certainly recommend them. I was delighted with the gates but even more so I was impressed by the work ethic and customer service shown by both Conor and Oliver. They were responsive to any questions, very prompt in manufacturing the gates and were always very polite. They coordinated the whole activity including the automation required for the gates.

We asked Oliver to quote for a new front door. He listend to our idea and advised us all the way,his knowledge was paramount in our decision to engage him to make our door. His professionalism along with attention to detail is second to none. The door was fitted and it was totaly stress free in the fact that we were kept informed all the way through. There was minimal mess and that was tidyed up before he left. The end product was exactly what we were hoping forand was deliverd by Oliver and his team.
