Hi,
the windows we purchased from Jeld Wen were a new product. I have had many compliments on them since installation.
They complimented the building immensely. Although not a planning requirement, the planners were very happy with them in a conservation area.
Some minor issues were dealt with VERY efficiently and quickly and were to be expected with among the 1st or their type produced.
I would definitely use these windows in a character building again!!

I used this company to source suppliers of quality timber windows
I selected George Barnsdale windows which were installed by Oracle Window Solutions Ltd. The service was seamless, the product quality exceptional and the installation team were brilliant; I am delighted with the results.

We found Bereco's product (approx 20 Windows, 2 doors, 1 set of bifold doors and 1 set of French doors) to be very high quality: the whole unit including ironmongery, hinges, paint finish etc is all beautiful. There was a good choice of options as to designs with everything being made to our order and their customer service was excellent and very responsive when we needed it (for extra paint, a damaged window etc). Thoroughly recommended.

Comment from Wood Window Alliance:
Thanks for this kind review, Nina - I know your designer's a timber window fan. I hope you will get a lifetime's enjoyment from them.
