Tanglewood have recently supplied me with a wine storage unit. I wouldn’t normally seek out to write a review for a company simply providing a unit but from start to finish the level of service was exquisite. The sales process was insightful and not over the top but was I was even more happy with was the delivery process. The drivers were professional, respectful of my home and did a fantastic job given how hard it was to get to the spot. I would absolutely recommend Tanglewood and when I eventually build my wine room, will certainly come to them!

Tanglewood designed and installed a new stone racking system for my cellar, using the Inovo product. I am very pleased with the service provided and the end product. Paul came to visit my cellar to talk about the possibilities. He measured up very thoroughly and carefully, and as a result was able to produce excellent scaled computer images of various lay-outs. The design process was very thorough and went through various iterations until we were both happy. Paul was very helpful throughout this process (although response times were sometimes a little longer than expected). He had good ideas and lots of experience, and was careful and professional about what would work and how things would fit. This enabled me to decide on where new lights should be positioned and how best to take advantage of my cellar and its features. The racking was then installed in one day's very hard work by Tanglewood! My cellar floor is uneven so it was not a straightforward task but they tackled it with calm professionalism. The outcome was excellent. The racking has been very neatly assembled and the endless care they took to get the levels correct paid dividends. The result is that I have a very attractive new layout, well designed and well installed, which has attracted a great deal of admiration from everyone who has seen it. I would not hesitate in recommending Tanglewood.

The service that was provided from design to install was simply excellent! Great insight into what would and would not work best from a design perspective. The folks who did the install were very efficient, non-disruptive and tidy. The quality of the finished product is amazing.

I used Tanglewood Wine Accessories to install Vinicase wine racks made of reconstituted limestone from Burgundy. Their staff were polite, helpful and professional throughout. They offer a free design service, assisting with dimensions, capacities, stacking arrangements for bottles, whether from Burgundy or Bordeaux and from half-bottles to magnums. The installation was carried out exactly as envisaged. The deadline was met and the budget was not exceeded.
