Chris and the team did a great job helping me specify a wine cellar for my room and meeting my very specific requirements. He patiently worked through a series of designs, providing plenty of expert input but taking my views on board. The Cellar was ready ahead of schedule and was installed exactly as planned. The install team were professional and discussed the few minor last minute decisions which were required providing a range of options. They left the room, and access to it, in a clean condition. And most importantly of all the Cellar looks great and is extremely practical for storing exactly the range of wines I was hoping. Great job - strongly recommended.

Chris from Wineware did a fantastic job project managing the wine rack built into the house. We were given a number of design options until we were completely satisfied. Chris communicated with us on a regular basis and nothing was too much trouble for him. The installation done by Troy and Brian was also excellent, they were perfectionists and we are 100% happy with the final result, in fact it looks even better than we imagined. Excellent service from first contact, through to planning and finally installation. Chris kept in regular contact providing advice and suggestions re the design of the wine rack which was invaluable. He sent us computer generated images of the design which showed exactly how the finished rack would look. A totally bespoke service to ensure we were completely satisfied. The fitter arrived on time and worked in a very clean and tidy manner. A minor issue was resolved on the day and meant there was no delay with the completion of the fitting. Chris and the team are brilliant; flexible, thoughtful, and pragmatic. I had a really unique and complex space in my house and was personally struggling to visualise how to maximise the wine storage whilst keeping it accessible and aesthetic, but Chris leaned in with design advice, CAD drawings, and proactive communication to get to something that works brilliantly. Installation was great as well - the guys got the installation done quickly and efficiently despite the challenges associated with the space. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better experience!

We had a great experience dealing with Chris and his team. We were undertaking a large renovation to our property and it was a pleasure to deal with someone who was flexible to our needs, adjusting the design as the space changed and visiting the site to ensure accurate measurements and finish. I am one very happy customer. The work done on this project covering all aspects was fab. The space under the stairs is now really well utilised. Chris was excellent throughout from the initial dialogue, visit, design phase and on-going dialogue (answering many questions providing advice and assurance) through to completion. I also appreciated that although the frame and fittings did not fit to size on the initial installation, the staff without any fuss or request to do so, went back to source and quickly re-worked the materials to size before full installation - there was no sign of fudging it !!! This has ensured an excellent looking and sturdy end-product - the LED lighting significantly adds to the impact. I was also impressed in the way the installation work was done, attentive to detail, some additional tweaks as well as having floor covering to protect the new carpet, etc. was appreciated too. I am very happy with the outcome and have already received wonderful comments from family and friends. It has been a pleasure to receive such good service from the initial contact with Chris through to installation. What a fabulous job they have done! Chris very patiently guided me through the design process a I continually changed my mind and made minor amendments. A highly professional approach with CAD drawings at every stage so that i could see what the end result might look like. Extremely good service from end to end. Able to create a design from a simple concept, roughed out dimensions and a few phone calls and emails. Very impressed with level of information given and even able to provide wood samples to help ensure you make the right choice for your own home. On the day the fitting went flawlessly, no issues at all. The result is excellent. A made to fit wine racking system that utilises the given space to its maximum potential and is finished to a very high standard. Really great focus point in our home and draws positive comments from everyone who visits. I would definitely recommend Wineware to anyone looking for a professional product and service.

I recently purchased a bespoke under stairs wine storage unit from Wineware and we are over the moon with it!
