“Working with Sai was a pleasure from the start. She helped us set out our project (loft conversion)in a manageable way. She enabled us to create a perfect haven in our chaotic life, our little 'boutique hotel bolt hole'. She sourced unique items and found little gems for us which really set the whole space off. “We initially employed Claudia to devise a design concept for reconfiguring the layout and designing finishes and furnishings of the first floor of our Georgian house in Blackheath. This was something that other people had tried and failed to do given our requirements. Claudia presented various options, showing us proper 3D designs and mood boards for our master bathroom and bedroom, shifting walls and doors to allow us to create a new walk through dressing room and a new small guest cloakroom. As the space was very limited and we had to shrink the size of the bathroom to create the dressing room, Claudia showed us a range of different bathroom layout options and she managed to come up with a scheme that would tick all the boxes. When we realized that our builder couldn’t take on the project we also asked Claudia to employ a contractor for the entire project and to coordinate this as an all-in service from conception to installation. Claudia designed, sourced and managed the entire scheme covering all the wonderful built in joinery, sourcing all the bathroom fittings, lighting and new flooring throughout as well as a new bed with complementary headboard and blind. We are absolutely delighted with her scheme, the colours, materials and fabrics she used. Claudia’s management of the project was very conscientious and she always responded very quickly to any queries. The finished rooms are exactly what we hoped for and we would definitely consider working with her again to finish the rest of the house in this style.”

“I wanted some advice on how to organise and decorate a 'compact' living space. I had an idea of what might work but wasn't quite sure where to start, for example there were three possible options to place the television but I could not decide which was the best. Josephine was able to help me plan the living room to create 'zones' within it that would divide the room and offer separate ares for sitting and eating. This will maximise the space, give it a dual purpose without one zone interfering with the other. Her experience and expertise were invaluable and I would highly recommend JLV Design. “Very functional and well-designed studio: smart use of space with plenty of storage. Living area is pleasant, with a large sofa, comfortable working space and an additional compact table that could extend to a 2m dining table. The murphy bed above the sofa is easy to use, large and very cosy. When lying in bed watching the large flat screen TV on the opposite wall, you feel like you are in a pretty and serene hotel room Bathroom is a very good size, clean and new. The kitchen is fully equipped and very bright, featuring a sliding door that could be closed when cooking A very tastefully decorated studio which makes truly impressive use of space: comfortable, functional and pleasant to spend time in. And very importantly, wonderful landlords who responded to my every need in no time. Thank you!”

“Scape Design's "Above and Beyond" roof top bar constructed by St James Design Interiors at Sleep was constructed within London’s premier Hotel Design Conference in 48 hours. The Space provided a unique and immersive visitor experience within the conference that offered flexibility and ultimately, buildability. The design explored scale and enclosure using bespoke structures, partitions and planting to an exterior grade of finish. With the London skyline as a backdrop, the bar provided an elegant and intimate space capturing the unique experience of outdoors, connecting the visitor with their surroundings, indoors. The bar became a constant draw for delegates throughout the event, holding relaxed and casual meetings during the day and in the evening, the Sleep Awards after-party. The build included a large timber pavilion providing intimacy, a furnished bar space, elegant outdoor lighting for evening events and Greenwall's provide structure to space St James Design Interiors offered intelligent and creative build solutions under extreme time constraints to ensure that the space was in operation for the conference”

“Amit has worked and completed one successful project for us - Wardo Avenue in Parsons Green. This was a large house, we acquired on probate and therefore in a terrible condition. It needed restructuring, remodelling and extensions throughout. He was able to take the headache away, consult with all third parties such as the structural engineer, council and planning consultants along with bringing his own team of excellent builders to design, plan and project manage a 10 month project. Most of all, this was all at an amazing price. At tender, they were different from the competition because they offer a comprehensive costing and quotation which was not far from reality once the project was finished. They have a good eye for design, and with their in house builders and excellent sourcing, we achieved a luxury finish but at high street prices! He has an excellent source list and happy to do all the running around. His company works without fixed hours (so almost a 4th emergency service) and they are extremely personable. We could have had a 10 month ordeal, but instead it was the opposite. I would strongly reccomend using Aflux if you want to take the hassle away and get a team that offers real design quality and a look of luxury but without the price tag of the usual london interior designers!”
