“In November last year, 2020, during a period of lock down, we had a serious water leak under our kitchen floor, and no idea what was causing it. I contacted Pegasus, our local builder, to seek help as a matter of some urgency! Although clearly busy, Pegasus responded straight away, sending a senior manager to assess the situation, which my wife and I - senior citizens who live on our own - much appreciated. They were then able to provide a very good workman to investigate and identify the cause of the leak which was then quickly rectified. Further work was then carried out to repair the damage prior to another local company laying the new floor covering. We are very grateful to Pegasus for their prompt action leading up to Christmas, to what was to us a crisis; all those we met and spoke to were always very helpful and pleasant and thoroughly professional and workmanlike at all times.”

“Right from the start I knew things were going to be highly professional. Will got back to me within 3 or 4 days with a quote on a sizeable project whereas a previous candidate had taken over two weeks. He was able to start within an acceptable time frame so off we went. Anyone who has dealt with builders will know all about sharp intakes of breath and phrases like " Well I don't know about that, It's going to be expensive". Will's greatest strength, apart from his enormous charm, is his ability so see and understand what the client wants and do his best to fulfil those wishes. Along the way I had to change a number of things, some of them quite major like taking out a chimney breast but none of this was a problem. I should add that he came up with many really good ideas himself which was an invaluable contribution to the wonderful end result. His initial estimate was not the cheapest of the three that I had but as they say " you get what you pay for" and I would say without any hesitation that I made the right decision. Another of Will's great assets is that he is always accessible and if he happened to be stuck up a ladder he would call me back. So many other builders never answer their phone or take days to get back to you. Fantastic job, a wonderful polite team who were very tidy and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.”
