“We used this company to help us remodel a tired 1930's house with lots of small dark rooms into a stunning bright and airy modern home. Their vision was fantastic adding a full height front extension to bring the stairs out of the central footprint, creating extra space and bringing light to the previously dark front spaces. This created a full height entrance hall and helped give us two extra rooms in a previously small attic space. Internally they tied all the spaces together with clever design features giving us a house where every space is used and the house is quite literally a joy to live in! They persuaded us to invest in making the external envelope as air tight and well insulated as possible and fit an MVHR system. Initially we were very sceptical but are now delighted with the thermal performance of the house both in summer and winter. They were thoroughly professional throughout dealing positively and practically with the inevitable challenges along the way. Our contractor had never done anything like this before and they supported him technically when necessary. Their clever design and attention to detail added significantly to the value of the finished property and we could never have achieved this on our own.”

“I’ve worked with this company a few times now and have been thrilled with all aspects of our dealings. We have had both basement conversion plans done (with building regs all sorted for us etc) and have had a ground floor extension planned, built and supported by the team. We’ve been so happy with the results of our extension and the space really has maximised our space and transformed our home. We found Spencer brilliant to work with. He’s always gotten to know exactly what we are looking to achieve and has listened to my crazy ideas, but then always come up with a way to achieve them (or he’s often come up with far better alternatives!) We’ve also had support from the company in the form of party wall representation when there was building work next to our house and this was a great comfort to know there was someone who took time to get to know our house so well and was there to ensure we remained protected throughout the experience. I really would highly recommend to anyone.”

“Truly excellent communication. Hired to draw up plans for a disused chapel and cottage conversion. This is the second architect we have used and I would say by far the best, it feels like we were on the same page for our current project. He will also take the time to actually listen and clarify your ideas before incorporating them into a workable design. Has options for screen share meetings and Virtual 3D models and other information so you can really feel immersed in the design. A magnificent workaround solution in the current corona climate. Would highly recommend. (Note ... Completed Project photos to follow after completion)”
