He understood exactly what we needed and helped us with design and sourcing of the right tiles as well as carrying out the work with an exceptional level of craftsmanship. We had been looking for years for someone with the necessary knowledge of working with period features combined with the practicality of gas installation and I'm so relieved that we found Nick to do the job. He left the house immaculate once he was done and was always courteous and polite even when I was dithering over styles! And as if his overall service was not enough, when we had made a mistake in the quantity of tiles, he has offered to come back and fit the remaining 2 tiles.
