Surrey Farm House

This grade II listed Surrey farmhouse has undergone a complete renovation.

The client said she wanted a kitchen and pantry that would headline Alistair Fleming’s website. Our team responded and invested time into getting all the details perfect. The iconic appliances of Sub-Zero and Wolf were predetermined by our client. The job was to design, make and install a scheme that blended the bold American Muscle with a sophisticated English aesthetic.

The fridge housing is framed by two ceiling height larders, with shelves and spice racks. The oven is mounted within ¾ height cabinets that lead up the step into a breakfast lounge. The clear sightlines along the island & sink run, as well as along the fridge/island through to the pantry is what gives this space so much harmony.

It is a visual game we always try to play and in this instance is captured beautifully by our photographer Leigh Simpson.

Designed by Sarah Eynon and Alistair Fleming.
Cabinets made by Jack Pritty and Mark Pilfold.

Project managed by the client’s own team of builders and Brighton based interior designer Igigi General Store.
