The refurbishment and interior design of a 1000 sq.mt Victorian House in Kent. Work included the panelling of walls in Study, hand-painted wallpaper in the Dining Room and full redecoration and furnishing throughout this 3 storey house.

An old garage was turned into a studio, Annex. The space was a bare shell, needed to be organised, had no plumbing. A small kitchen,Bathroom and messanine was installed. A layout plan was made and we helped with organising the space to its full potential. 30m2

We’re greeted by the spacious living room. None of those long, narrow and winding corridors separating the ground floor. Instead, everything is in an open plan layout. And yet, the calming and unobtrusive pastel palette of the rooms, combined with the large landscape paintings and arrangement of the furniture brings about a welcome breath of the old timey Victorian style.

The beige ottoman is the centrepiece of this living room. Acting in place of the conventional coffee table, it regardless ties to room together nicely, giving it a slight Victorian tea room appeal, while still keeping the overall contemporary theme. The front window showers the entire open floor space with copious light, accenting the brightness of the pastel colours.
