Réalisée en collaboration avec l’agence de communication Ich & Kar, la Crèmerie a pour objectif de promouvoir les produits laitiers français en Chine, par des ateliers, ventes et réceptions. La conception de l’espace devait permettre une fluidité dans ces changements d’usage. La cuisine est composée d’éléments mobiles afin d’organiser des ateliers ponctuels de cuisine. Une paroi coulissante structure et sépare les deux espaces ouverts au public. Sur les murs, les illustrations ludiques de Ich & Kar évoque la culture fromagère française.
