The client wished to merge their existing kitchen with the dining room, aiming for an open-plan kitchen diner. We managed the construction aspect of this project, guaranteeing a smooth transition from the building work to the kitchen installation. The kitchen was relocated to the newly opened area, enabling us to craft a functional and striking kitchen, complete with an island, ample storage, and extensive worktop space. Additionally, we designed a window seat within the bay window section, which further enhances storage options.

Step into this vibrant and inviting kitchen that combines modern design with playful elements. The centrepiece of this kitchen is the 20mm Marbled White Quartz worktops, which provide a clean and sophisticated surface for preparing meals. The light-coloured quartz complements the overall bright and airy ambience of the kitchen. The cabinetry, with doors constructed from plywood, introduces a natural and warm element to the space. The distinctive round cutouts serve as handles, adding a touch of uniqueness to the design. The cabinets are painted in a delightful palette of Inchyra Blue and Ground Pink, infusing the kitchen with a sense of fun and personality. A pink backsplash further enhances the playful colour scheme while providing a stylish and easy-to-clean surface. The kitchen's brightness is accentuated by the strategic use of rose gold elements. A rose gold tap and matching pendant lights introduce a touch of luxury and sophistication to the design. The island situated at the centre enhances functionality as it provides additional worktop space and an area for casual dining and entertaining. The kitchen, located in the lower ground floor, was updated with bespoke cabinetry fitted around the chimney breast with a range cooker within the existing fireplace.

This stunning kitchen project in Dulwich perfectly balances timeless tradition and modern-day functionality. Designed with both elegance and practicality in mind, it showcases exquisite craftsmanship and thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The in-frame cabinetry features classic Shaker-style doors, constructed with an 18mm oak veneer carcass and finished with beech doors. A classic Butler sink paired with a Quooker tap enhances both style and function, while a Caple wine fridge positioned in the island makes entertaining a breeze. On adore cette jolie cuisine lumineuse, ouverte sur la cour fleurie de l'immeuble. Un joli carrelage aspect carreau de ciment mais moderne, sous cette cuisine ikea blanche aux moulures renforçant le côté un peu campagne, mais modernisé avec des boutons en métal noir, et une crédence qui n'est pas toute hauteur, en carreaux style métro plat vert sauge ! Des petits accessoires muraux viennent compléter le côté rétro de l'ensemble, éclairé par des suspensions design en béton.

Après validation de la planche d’ambiance, j’ai imaginé une cuisine fonctionnelle et lumineuse plus ouverte sur l’entrée. Elle intègre un nouveau lave vaisselle et une multitude de rangements toute hauteur. L’ambiance se veut pleine de douceur et d’authenticité associée à des codes contemporains. On retrouve donc du bois en plan de travail, de la faïence en crédence, un sol vinyle en terrazzo et un mix de façades mates beige rosé et d’autres blanches laquées. Le tout est rehaussé avec une robinetterie et des poignées cuivrées.

Zoë Noble Photography A labour of love that took over a year to complete, the evolution of this space represents my personal style whilst respecting rental restrictions. With an emphasis on the significance of individual objects and some minimalist restraint, the multifunctional living space utilises a high/low mix of furnishings. The kitchen features Ikea cupboards and custom shelving. A farmhouse sink, oak worktop and vintage milk pails are a gentle nod towards my country roots.

Burlanes were commissioned to design, create and install a fresh and contemporary kitchen for a brand new extension on a beautiful family home in Crystal Palace, London. The main objective was to maximise the use of space and achieve a clean looking, clutter free kitchen, with lots of storage and a dedicated dining area. We are delighted with the outcome of this kitchen, but more importantly so is the client who says it is where her family now spend all their time. “I can safely say that everything I ever wanted in a kitchen is in my kitchen, brilliant larder cupboards, great pull out shelves for the toaster etc and all expertly hand built. After our initial visit from our designer Lindsey Durrant, I was confident that she knew exactly what I wanted even from my garbled ramblings, and I got exactly what I wanted! Decorative parquet flooring ties in perfectly with the dark wooden sculptured island legs, which along with deep blue beaded cabinets, enhance the traditional features of this Victorian home. Polished chrome pendant lights hang elegantly over the marble counter.
