The living room is a room we really wanted introduce lots of plush seating options for all the family, from the two sofas to the matching boucle armchair and footstool. Texture and colour played a key role in here, creating insterest and depth to the heart of the home.

The luxurious lounge comes snug for martinis and watching films. In succulent Green and gold. Needed to house the beautiful Edwardian Doll's house and have a space for entertainment.

Rénovation complète d'un studio, transformé en deux pièces en plein cœur de la principauté. La demande client était de transformer ce studio à l'aspect vieillot et surtout mal agencé (perte de place et pas de chambre), en un joli deux pièces moderne. Après un dépôt de permis auprès d'un architecte, la cuisine a été déplacée dans le futur séjour, et l'ancien espace cuisine a été transformé en chambre munie d'un dressing sur mesure. Des cloisons ont été abattues et l'espace a été réagencé afin de gagner de la place. La salle de bain a été entièrement rénovée avec des matériaux et équipements modernes. Elle est pourvue d'un ciel de douche, et les clients ne voulant pas de faïence ou carrelage ordinaire, nous avons opté pour du béton ciré gris foncé, et des parements muraux d'ardoise noire. Contrairement aux idées reçues, les coloris foncés de la salle de bain la rende plus lumineuse. Du mobilier sur mesure a été créé (bois et corian) pour gagner en rangements. Un joli bec mural vient moderniser et alléger l'ensemble. Un WC indépendant a été créé, lui aussi en béton ciré gris foncé pour faire écho à la salle de bain, pourvu d'un WC suspendu et gébérit. La cuisine a été créée et agencée par un cuisiniste, et comprends de l'électroménager et robinetterie HI-Tech. Les éléments de décoration au goût du jour sont venus parfaire ce nouvel espace, notamment avec le gorille doré d'un mètre cinquante, qui fait toujours sensation auprès des nouveaux venus. Les clients sont ravis et profitent pleinement de leur nouvel espace.

The bright living space with large Crittal patio doors, parquet floor and pink highlights make the room a warm and inviting one. Midcentury modern furniture is used, adding a personal touch, along with the nod to the clients love of music in the guitar and speaker. Mon client venait d'acquérir un appartement sur plan, non loin de Rouen. Il désirait être accompagné pour créer un intérieur à son image, un esprit industriel, masculin. Il tenait à intégrer dans l'aménagement, ses meubles déjà en sa possession. L'entrée assez vaste a été délimitée grâce à une verrière et une mise en peinture totale ( murs et plafond) noir. Côté mobilier, j'ai conseillé à mon client de placer son armoire classeur vintage en complément d'un banc habillé de coussins couleur terracotta. La cuisine sur mesure a été choisie en noire et chêne naturel pour une continuité harmonieuse. L'espace de vie avec la vue sur la terrasse est chaleureux et masculin, avec l'alliance du cuir marron, du chêne des tables basses et métal du meuble tv. Nous avons créé un espace bibliothèque délimité par du color zoning, en terracotta, mettant ainsi en valeur des étagères suspendues en métal et bois. Côté chambre, nous avons conservé l'harmonie couleur de l'appartement, gris et terracotta. Je tenais vraiment à traiter cette pièce comme une chambre d'hôtel, j'ai donc créé un sousbassement gris en accord avec la tête de lit. Le reste des murs ont été peint en beige clair. Les rideaux ont été choisi lourds et épais afin de créer une ambiance chaleureuse et cossue. Un espace dressing a été crée sur mesure, avec des portes miroirs pour agrandir la pièce. Nous retrouvons ici aussi, l'harmonie couleurs, fil conducteur du projet. Une page blanche, et quelques mois nous ont suffi pour créer une ambiance industrielle et répondant aux désirs de mon client.

This living room was part of a whole-house renovation completed in Tunbridge Wells. It has the original fireplace and contemporary additions added such as the column radiators. The large windows allow natural light to flood in making the space incredibly bright and inviting.

The experience was designed to begin as residents approach the development, we were asked to evoke the Art Deco history of local Paddington Station which starts with a contrast chevron patterned floor leading residents through the entrance. This architectural statement becomes a bold focal point, complementing the scale of the lobbies double height spaces. Brass metal work is layered throughout the space, adding touches of luxury, en-keeping with the development. This starts on entry, announcing ‘Paddington Exchange’ inset within the floor. Subtle and contemporary vertical polished plaster detailing also accentuates the double-height arrival points . A series of black and bronze pendant lights sit in a crossed pattern to mirror the playful flooring. The central concierge desk has curves referencing Art Deco architecture, as well as elements of train and automobile design. Completed at HLM Architects
