La nueva tipología de hogar se basa en las construcciones tradicionales de la zona, pero con un toque contemporáneo. Una caja blanca apoyada sobre otra de piedra que, a su vez, se abre para dejar aparecer el vidrio, permite dialogar perfectamente la sensación de protección y refugio necesarios con las vistas y la luz del maravilloso paisaje que la rodea. La casa se encuentra situada en la vertiente sur del macizo de Peña Cabarga en el pueblo de Pámanes. El edificio está orientado hacia el sur, permitiendo disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas hacia el valle y se distribuye en dos niveles: sala de estar, espacios de uso diurno y dormitorios en la planta baja y estudio y dormitorio principal en planta alta.

Sur le mur de la chambre bébé s'appuie le canapé du nouvel espace salon. Ce mur est prolongé d'un claustra en bois pour marquer la séparation entre salon et salle à manger de manière légère et chaleureuse. Afin de rectifier le sol suite à la dépose des cloisons, pose d'un carrelage effet marbre. Côté salon, les soubassements ont été refaits et repeint en vert.

Sala de estar conectada a una terraza exterior con vistas directas hacia al mar. Un espacio único de la casa, en el que destaca una doble altura, desde la cual se instala la lámpara central principal de la sala, y su amplitud rodeado de sofás.

Das Wohnzimmer ist in warmen Gewürztönen und die Bilderwand in Petersburger Hängung „versteckt“ den TV, ebenfalls holzgerahmt. Die weisse Paneelwand verbindet beide Bereiche. Die bodentiefen Fenster zur Terrasse durchfluten beide Bereiche mit Licht und geben den Blick auf den Garten frei. Der Boden ist mit einem warmen Eichenparkett verlegt.
