Dining area with banquette in the open plan apartment. A lovely place to curl up in the sun and of course for everyday dining. The pendant lighting helps define the space for dining and the continuation of cabinetry from the kitchen keeps it all streamlined and neat whilst adding additional storage. Homewings designer Francesco created a beautiful scandi living space for Hsiu. The room is an open plan kitchen/living area so it was important to create segments within the space. The cost effective ikea rug frames the seating area perfectly and the Marks and Spencer knitted pouffe is multi functional as a foot rest and spare seat. The room is calm and stylish with that air of scandi charm. Designer credit: Francesco Savini Photo credit: Douglas Pulman

The entrance was not very welcoming (door on the right). The space in front of the door was empty because the client felt oppressed by the heaviness of the environment. Now thanks to this new mood was possible to add a table and create a small dining room very useful to accommodate guests.

In this project, the goal was to blockout as much light from coming through the windows as possible, however the clients wanted the curtains away from the little hands.

A futuristic rooftop garden design encompassing tomorrow's technology. The garden features green living walls, contemporary furniture and sculpture, space age awnings and composite decking. Contemporary planting compliments and 'greens-up' the design and ensures a relaxing workspace for tomorrow.

We used Laminex's wall panelling so no plastering or painting required. This meant there was minimal disruption to the occupants.
