This eaves bedroom has many unusual features, including sloping ceilings and structural posts. We decided to fill in the space between the post and the back wall with a stud wall, and create a little triangular space for reading and relaxing. We put in the arched window between for a bit of fun, but also to shed a little light into the cosy corner. The space behind the partition wall is a study, with a desk and book shelves. The walls are mainly white, with a few colourful accents in bright shades.

The dining room of a compact Victorian terrace needed some warmth and fun. The white walls were painted a deep pink which set oft the colour and the mid-century details such as the stunning chandelier, the green laminate Japanese cabinet and black and white photographs.

I believe in upcycling furniture and choosing sustainable items where possible. This table was actually found on the nature strip down my street. It was painted in green to match the vintage table lamp at the opposite end of the space. I sourced new handles from Etsy to tie in with the brushed gold pendant.
