The landscape design needed to have a very modern and sculptural feel. The silver, green and glaucous tones of the plants always work well in a coastal location.

Badrenovierung mit komplett neuen Wandfliesen von Steuler, Serie Urban Culture, Bodenfliesen V+B Serie My Earth anthrazit. Die Duschanlage wurde barrierefrei mit einer Dallmer Ablaufrinne und einer Blanke Keilschiene gestaltet. Als Armaturen wurde die Serie Ixmo von Keuco verwendet und die Brauseanlage ist von Hansgrohe Serie HG Croma Select E Multi/ Unica. Die Accesoires und der Lichtspiegel sind von Keuco Edition 400. Der Waschtisch ist ebenfalls von Keuco, Edition 11 mit einem Waschtischunterschrank, Auszug Dekor Glas anthrazit. Der Waschtisch-Einhebelmischer stammt ebenso aus der Keuco Serie Edition 400. Die WC-Anlage besteht aus Geberit Duo-Wand-WC-Element, V+B Tiefspül-WC spülrandlos, WC-Deckel mit Absenk-Automatik und einer Geberit Betätigungsplatte Typ Sigma50 für 2-Mengen-Spülung KS weiss-alpin / chrom-gebürstet. Die gefliesten Kanten wurden mit Edelstahlschienen als Kantenschutz versehen. Wandflächen über den Wandfliesen wurden bündig mit den Fliesen verputzt und weiß angelegt. Die Decke wurde abgehängt, fein verspachtelt und weiß gestrichen. Es wurden LED-Einbauleuchten montiert. Weiterhin wurde der Flur neu gefliest.
