The Breakfast Room leading onto the kitchen through pockets doors using reclaimed Victorian pine doors. A dining area on one side and a seating area around the wood burner create a very cosy atmosphere.

Lethbridge London Ltd were asked by Ben Pentreath to help restore and transform this historic and rather fun first floor sitting room study. The room was taken back to a shell so that the fine details could be rediscovered and enhanced. The house sits in one of Thomas Cubitts Bloomsbury Squares. It has been lovingly restored by the current owners, saving the house from the fate of many similar properties in the square, which have sadly had the historic interiors torn out, ironically, in the name of education!!

We created a botanical-inspired scheme for this Victorian terrace living room updating the wall colour to Inchyra Blue on the walls and including a pop a colour in the lamp shades. We redesigned the floorplan to make the room practical and comfortable. Built-in storage in a complementary blue was introduced to keep the tv area tidy. We included two matching side tables in an aged bronze finish with a bevelled glass top and mirrored bottom shelves to maximise the light. We sourced and supplied the furniture and accessories including the Made to Measure Olive Green Sofa and soft furnishings.

This is an example of a medium sized victorian bathroom with a claw-foot bath, a two-piece toilet, metro tiles, blue walls, dark hardwood flooring, a console sink and brown floors.

A safley installed wood burner with lime stone surround. Slate slips and headers and slate hearth stones contrast with soft limestone mantle surround. all set into replastered chimney breast painted a deep red.
