Azro have recently completed a high-end upgrade to my 10 year old cinema system and I cannot have been more pleased with the outcome - the new cinema is absolutely awesome! From start to finish, the project was effectively managed, completed on time, within costs and to a standard that surpassed my expectations. There had been a significant amount of trouble shooting to carry out initially but this was conducted diligently and not completed until root causes had been established and problems fully resolved. The time spent ensuring that my new cinema was set-up correctly and tailored to my needs was exceptional with attention to detail, regular dialogue and feedback to ensure I was satisfied. Their customer service is outstanding, the staff extremely knowledgeable and professional and I cannot recommend Azro highly enough.

I cannot praise Azro too highly. We have known them since 2013 when they stepped in to resolve numerous issues with our AV and IT system after the original installer ceased trading. They patiently resolved issues over three years, keeping the system going in the face of creeping obsolescence. They never proposed more work than was necessary and were always on call when problems arose. Finally last year they helped us to decide that it was time to upgrade the control system, and did a beautiful job with minimal disruption. It is a always a pleasure to have them in the house, and reassuring to know that they are always available when needed.
