I asked for help with a new kitchen. Ever since it was completed 8 or more years ago, it has been a complete (expensive) nightmare. I've now been told all the tiles must be removed. This is after years of damp, incorrectly installed electrics, I'm onto the third new floor- and removing the white foam insulation. This time around it is costing me £35,000 including digging up the entire kitchen floor. I told them I wanted an architect because I was afraid I would make a mistake. I did - by asking them to help me.

We used Syndicate West for my mum's house as it needed a full renovation and this took place during the pandemic in the summer and autumn of 2020. It was a complicated job due to the occupancy of the house but Carolin and Martin understood the design needs as well as personal needs of my family from the beginning. They project managed the renovation and found the right builders for the task. We worked quite closely together with Carolin and Martin who even helped find temporary accommodation for my family during the work. I was very happy with the builders; their work was to a very high standard and they were very efficient and professional. Both Carolin and Martin were very understanding and patient throughout the duration of the project and took a huge amount of the stress out of it especially at such a challenging time with lockdown being in place. I would recommend them for small and large projects especially where project management is required. They work very professionally with years of expertise and understanding of client needs and I am very happy with the result of my mum's Victorian terrace house. We are half way through the project and the Syndicate West team have been fantastic so far. Our project is a big extension that required a very complicated set of plans. SWA carefully explained the planning process at every stage and were very honest about our chances of getting approval. Thanks to their help, everything in our application was approved. They've also helped with party wall agreements, garden design, electric, plumbing and flooring design and have helped us provide a very in depth brief for the builder to follow.

Martin and Carolin really helped us define our vision for our Warner property and came up with some great design ideas to help us achieve this. Really pleased with the finished result!
