We hired NimTim on the advice of an Architect friend and worked with them through the complete remodelling of our Victorian property and doing a substantial side return extension. We worked together through the feasibility study and design, they assisted us put together a striking and unique look that suits us perfectly and works amazingly well as a family home. They were always on hand when needed and stepped us through the entire process. We're extremely happy with the outcome - we've ended up with a stylish and useable property that it feels perfect for us. I couldn't recommend them enough - we'll look to use them again if ever we do subsequent work - they have been brilliant!

Nimtim were incredibly collaborative. They took our nascent thoughts and vague brief, and made them real, adding their own clever interpretation of our needs along the way. Brought them in for feasibility and ideas study in 2015 and blown away by their fresh ideas. They will never just do you a white box extension (unless that's what you want). Helpful on all aspects of the build from the architecture to furniture to paint colours and garden/ interior ideas. Lovely people with interesting ideas and a lot of style.

Nimtim were asked to help with a total refurb of a 1 bedroom Victorian flat. A collaborative process between owner and architect resulted in an open plan design maximising space, whilst respecting the character of the property. They were able to translate my ideas and expand on it, further improving the idea. Nimtim oversaw tendering and the subsequent works in a professional way, keeping the project on budget and time. The whole journey was enjoyable and with an amazing home at the end!
