Paula and her team carried out a full refurbishment at a flat in Battersea for me. I work as a property manager, looking after investment properties. Often, such properties need a full overhaul. On this project, Paula and her team re-wired, re-plumbed and installed a new kitchen and a new bathroom. I handed her the keys and 8-10 weeks later, she returned the keys in a condition ready to re-market the property for the rental market. Honest, reliable and came in on time and budget.

I own a window company (Skyway windows Ltd) specialising in aluminium and high end timber windows. I had the privilege of meeting Paula at Esher BNI. Upon leaving the meeting, she assured me that she would refer 3 projects that she was working on, in order for me to quote her. True to her word I was emailed the quotes that afternoon. I knew from that moment that Paula was extremely punctual and genuine and that she expected me to return the quotes back to her in the same manner. I did and we have worked together ever since. She is excellent to work with. Very very thorough and she demands and expects a lot from her tradesman. All of the finer details are always discussed at the outset and there has never been a problem because of this. I could not recommend her highly enough. I would always go out on a limb for any job that she instructs me on. It’s always nice to go back to a job once we are finished and to see the standard of her work. It’s truly amazing.

Paula helped my husband and I to turn our first house into a home. We had lots of ideas (some conflicting) but we had no experience in renovating a house. We were not sure that we needed help from an interior designer but in hindsight it was one of the best decisions that we made. Paula was always calm and bright spirited as we navigated the challenges of renovating a house. She is an exceptionally good listener and always sought to find solutions that both my husband and I would value. She is an excellent problem solver and worked with us to make the many decisions that had to be made along the way. I feel like we have finished with a home that is fully us and a joy to live in.

We hired Paula to extend and remodel our Victorian terrace and could not be more happy with the results. We now have a home we absolutely love. From the start, Paula really engaged both of us to come up with our wants and needs and she worked so hard to achieve them. Interior design - really listened to what we wanted but added extra touches that have made our home either more practical or more "wow". I always felt she was very engaged in making it our home, always feeding in new ideas and making it better. Project management - Paula managed from initial design & planning right through to the cleaners the day before we moved back! Paula is very skilled at managing projects and all of the different contractors and suppliers. We had no gaps waiting for things to arrive (even though we were living through lockdown and supply chain delays) and any issues were handled brilliantly. She and her team also made such an effort to ensure minimum impact on our neighbours from the build. Contractors and suppliers - Paula has built up an impressive team to support her projects. The builders, carpenters, electricians were all really professional and and issues were addressed willingly and quickly. She knew exactly where and when to order everything - including a great deal on the kitchen and the flooring. She definitely saved us money on supplies. I cannot recommend Paula highly enough. I'm almost tempted to move house again so we can do it all again (maybe not for a while...)

I was very pleased with the excellent service provided by Paula. First of all, it was easy to arrange an appointment at my convenience. During the appointment she provided valuable advice and useful pointers in an area which I knew little about. Paula provides design inspiration, therapy (believe me the upheaval involved is considerable and emotionally challenging) fun (Friday TikToks with the crew) intelligent crew via her chosen contractor Magnani Solutions Ltd plus other talented specialists have made the last 3 months exciting and productive. I’ve lived in my tiny terraced house in Kew for over 20 years and I don’t want to need to leave it. I was intrigued to see her work for my much younger friend and neighbour who wanted to increase her space to accommodate her sons. Paula’s brief from me was to future proof and revive - she’s done exactly that. I now have a safe staircase which one day can accommodate a stair lift, a downstairs loo to die for, a refreshed kitchen customised to accommodate a wheelchair- should it be necessary plus funky touches, fabulous floor that hasn’t needed the sacrifice of one single tree, and a realigned bedroom.

I hired Paula to remodel my new house earlier this year. While we didn't do an extension, the entire ground floor had to be gutted to fix water damage and replace the kitchen. Paula and team did a great job. She worked within my budget and her team stuck to the very short timeline I requested. The construction team she brought in were respectful and tidy and always left the place cleaned up in the evening. This was especially important as I stopped by the house regularly with my young child. My build had a few fiddly bits such as with the appliances and the worktops and the wallpaper but Paula handled it all. In the few cases where a portion of construction/decorating was not done to my satisfaction, she liased with the contractors to have it redone correctly. I've reccomeneded her to quite a few people and will continue to do so.
