Colliers Kitchens

We had our kitchen fitted by Colliers 14 years ago and is still immaculate. My reason for writing today is to unreservedly praise their customers service even after 14 years. A soft close hinge broke on one of the unit doors . I was experiencing difficulty getting a replacement so decided to contact Colliers . They were so helpful , found one in their store , showed me how to fit it and said if I had any difficulty to give them a call and someone would pop by latrr today . There was no charge for the hinge , A truly professional and caring company . Jennifer (worthing)

Having had our integrated fridge freezer suddenly stop working recently, we asked Colliers for advice regarding the size of a replacement appliance needed to fit into the housing, since they had originally supplied and installed our kitchen several years ago. We had been trying unsuccessfully online to find a like-for-like appliance, and more importantly, were concerned that any replacement would fit the space and be fitted properly. It had not occurred to us that Colliers could help with this. They went above and beyond and took on the whole project, looking up our old paperwork for the size, and also suggesting an appropriate appliance for our needs. What's more they were able to both supply and fit within a week at a reasonable cost! Even when the unit arrived to them damaged in transit, it was quickly sorted out and a new fitting date arranged. The fitter that came was the one that actually fitted our kitchen in the first place, so we knew his work was first rate and we did not have to worry. We cannot recommend Colliers enough for both our original kitchen planning and installation, and subsequent aftercare. The attention to detail and good old fashioned service is exceptional and made the whole process stress free.

My friend had convinced us to go and see Fiona at Colliers Kitchens and I am sooo pleased she did. I had wrongly assumed that Colliers Kitchens were only for people with top end budgets, looking for high-end sleek designs...but one should never judge a book by it's cover, or by it's showroom! We were after a "Scandi" look and took an image that we liked along to our first meeting with Fiona (one of many I might add!). It turned out that Fiona loves creating Scandi looks - phew!! So she took our vision and she flew with it!!!...and what we have now is quite simply AMAZING!! We were perhaps a little naive on the budget side of things so the project cost quite a bit more than we'd initially budgeted for but that's more down to our poor judgement than anything else. We now own a kitchen that is timeless and, because of the expert craftsmanship involved in the fitting, and the quality of the product, will last for many many years to come. Fiona was really great to work with and oh so patient (I'm a very indecisive person but Fiona was always respectful of my dithering and I never felt under pressure to make a decision quickly). Colliers Kitchens....Prepare to be amazed!!

Amazing service from start to finish. Colliers listened to what I wanted in terms of Kitchen Design and walked me through the whole design - The first draft of my new kitchen was brilliant and defiantly the dream kitchen I always wanted, it covered absolutely everything I was looking for and in fact added some tweeks to make it far more user friendly, its the little things like positioning of appliances and bins etc, it really does make a huge difference to the usability, they really do think of everything. Colliers worked within my budget - although I did add things like a Quooker tap (This is a must in any new kitchen, I would not be without this!) and a copper splashback (So with this came additional costs - But again all my decisions and I had complete control). Colliers dealt with everything for me, the removal of my old kitchen and utility and the build of my new one. I can honestly say "My Kitchen is a Dream", I have loads of storage, great appliances and it actually makes cooking a nice experience, I cooked for 11 at the weekend so the new design was really put to the test - it was a dream. Colliers staff from the designer (Fiona) to the fitters Farley and Garry were just great, I actually missed them when they finished. I would 110% recommend Colliers for your new kitchen.

First class quaulity and service by Colliers. Highly recommend them. After having a kitchen extension I am so pleased to have visited Colliers showroom. Jason was full of amazing ideas and designed my dream kitchen exceeding all expectations. Everyone has been blown away by how stunning our kitchen looks and the transformation really is incredible. I was so impressed with Jason’s design, the excellent quaulity and workmanship that I went on to ask him if he would mind designing something for our newly built snooker room. Thank you so much Jason for a fabulous design. The seating area is brilliant giving me so much storage underneath and the kitchen and bar area is a real hit with the boys. Everyone has commented on how classy it looks and I am so grateful for all your help in creating a stunning man cave. A big thank you also to Kevin who really worked so hard ( 12 hours some days ) and was so tidy and considerate. From start to finish I have nothing but praise for Jason and his team. Thank you for an absolutely amazing service.

I had a complete kitchen renovation. Very professional service from design to installation. All the trades involved were efficient very polite and very helpful. Very wide choice of unit design and counter tops. NEF ovens etc all perfectly fitted Now completed it looks fantastic and I’m enjoying cooking in it. I would highly recommend Collier’s for a high quality job

Colliers customer service is first class. They fitted our kitchen last November and we couldn't be more delighted with it. Fiona was our main contact but during our dealings with Colliers I think we met most of the team. They are all really hands on which we appreciated as their individual input is invaluable when trying to make difficult decisions about colours, surfaces etc. Fiona is great. She was lovely to deal with and extremely efficient. Her replies to queries no matter how small were immediate and always handled with professionalism and often great humour. Kevin fitted the kitchen and Gary also worked on the finishing touches. Both fitters were superb. My advice would be to use Colliers' own electricians and plumbers as using your own can hold things up. Also a hot water tap is a must. We love ours. A big thank you to Colliers and a special mention to Clifford who really does go out of his way to help and resolve any issues that crop up - and Fiona.....you're a star!

We have an absolutely stunning kitchen and utility room thanks to Jason and his team. Colliers have been a joy to work with from start to finish and we are so pleased that we entrusted them with our project. The design process was really enjoyable and lots of exciting ideas and options were presented to us that we would not have considered by ourselves. As this was part of a new extension, Colliers liaised directly with our builders and various other trades to ensure that everything ran like clockwork. The Colliers fitters were incredibly polite, professional and hardworking. The quality of the kitchen and appliances is fantastic. We are over the moon with our new kitchen and utility room and would not hesitate to recommend Colliers Kitchens. Thx so much!

I absolutely love my new kitchen, it has been transform into a beautiful area that is now most definitely the hub of my house! We had 3 kitchen quotes, although from the start it was evident that Colliers were the most professional and their product more superior. Jason managed to incorporate all of my wish list-and more in the design and was always available through out the project. Their fitters were prompt, meticulous, friendly and extremely tidy. Collier's offer the whole package, a fantastic product, ingenious designs, brilliant fitters and great after care, all of which the results reflect. My visitors reaction to my new kitchen says it all!

Colliers did a fantastic job of installing our new kitchen following a complete house renovation. The kitchen really is the centrepeice of the house and quite a topic of conversation for new guests and visitors to our house. I was so impressed with how the project was handled from start to finish- all the staff that work for Colliers from showroom, admin to fitters are brilliant. The kitchen was installed to the highest specification and the kitchen fitter was a true craftsman! I was so impressed with the kitchen I then further instructed Colliers to fit out our utility room and also a media unit for our lounge area.
