The team came and designed a set of solutions that complemented my existing system and came up with effective and appropriate solutions to a number of AV requirements I had aound the house. They were focused on the quality of the work they did and the outcomes for us rather than the amount of time it took. Something I appreciated considering the long hours they worked. I would highly recommend them to anyone

From the initial site survey through to the actual installation Creation AV were professional and knew exactly what type of swing arm bracket was suitable for our old uneven stone wall. We were very happy with the installation and the service they provided.

After being let down by a previous installer, Creation AV did a great job of working with the existing infrastructure and making our system as good as possible. In the inevitable settling period, they have been happy to re-attend and resolve any issues. They are professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We were very impressed with the service from initial enquiry to completion of the project. The staff were personable, professional and prompt. Emails were replied to very quickly. We were delighted with the finished job (a wall-mounted 65 inch TV). It was extremely evident that the company is very used to completing jobs of this nature. There was an excellent knowledge of TV installation and associated topics (e.g. the enhancement of Internet performance). Highly recommended!
