About Us

DK Building is based in Liverpool and has been offering high-quality work for discerning clients since 2005. Daniel and his team did a superb job on our kitchen extension I was very happy with the way that the specifications and scope of work were all discussed in advance, and then Daniel delivered exactly what had been agreed Not only was the overall fit & finish to a very high standard, his team where always polite and friendly. Very importantly (for us at least) they were tidy and careful to minimise noise / dust / disruption while the work was being carried out

DK Builders weren't just good they were outstanding! An enormous and welcome relief to work with a team that are professional, fastidious, reliable and not only good at their jobs but a pleasure to have in my home. The job was fairly intense with 3 ceiling steels going in, one column steel and 4 gallow steel supports. Walls came down, electrics needed to be re-wired, plumbing, plastering, you name it. There wasn't one instance when I felt nervous or concerned with the competency and efficacy levels of the team. They turned up promptly each morning and barely took any time to even have a lunch break. Really hard working mindset. I would not hesitate for a nanosecond to recommend them.

Following the other comments on this site we hired DK building for a full rewire, new heating, garage conversion, new kitchen and bathroom. Daniel was timely, organised and talked us trough our options. He was very professional, quick to respond and kept us up to date all the way through the project. The project came in on budget and the prices provided through DK buildings were very competitive. The team was also very professional, friendly and happy to help. The standard of completion is to a very high standard. We are considering a loft conversion in the future and we would not hesitate to contact them again. And would highly recommend this company to others.

Daniel and his team have transformed how we live in our home. Our tired and isolated kitchen and under used and unloved dining room have now become a large south facing, sunny family kitchen where we can cook, eat, chat, welcome friends and watch television. When the sun goes down our wood burning stove and underfloor heating keep us warm and cosy. All the elements of a traditional kitchen, 21st century style. In addition to our fabulous kitchen Daniel's team have thoroughly overhauled the fabric of our home. For three months the team were here before 8am every single morning. They were genuinely a pleasure to have in our home, the quality of their work and their attention to detail was outstanding and as each person finished their part of the job, we were saying good bye to a friend we hoped we would see again. We would recommend DK Building for your project, though, save us a space for our outside landscaping please Daniel.

We contracted with DK Building to perform some damp proofing work and to repair the damage caused by the previous damp. Both the tenant and ourselves are pleased with the standard of the work. It was completed on time on budget and communication throughout the process was clear and straightforward.

The moment we met Daniel, we had confidence in his skills; which were also endorsed by our architect. The team of builders employed by Daniel were polite, hard-working, tidy, respectful and highly skilled. My wife and I have high standards on finish, and the plastering particularly was excellent. The whole extension and garage utility work was well project managed and when challenges arose (mainly around our kitchen from Wren), Daniel was calm and helpful to help resolve any issues and did a lot more to help than any other tradesman I've come across (parts did not come as planned, not DK's fault). This is my fourth house refurb and by far the best. We are so happy, and really proud of our extension. The comments by friends and family have been outstanding.
