She really took the time to understand what was important to us and designed an open plan kitchen and dining room that would work for us as a family. The final design was even better than we imagined in our vision for the space and we were particularly pleased with how the original period features of the house were not only incorporated into the design but also showcased. From start to finish, the customer service and communication was excellent and I would not hesitate to work with them on future projects.

I have worked with the team at Grid Thirteen for a number of years and they have delivered beautifully crafted kitchens on a number of high-end residential developments and homes. The process from start to finish, from concept design, technical work and on-site execution is faultless. The designs they produce are fully bespoke, and fresh but also always exceed our clients brief and expectations. We waited such a long time to replace our kitchen so we knew that we wanted the best design team and a quality brand that could help us design our dream kitchen that will stand the test of time but worried that our budget would limit us to the high street kitchen company. However, a friend recommended Grid Thirteen who said that they can work with any budget but warned us once I came to the showroom I wouldn’t need to look anywhere else! My friend was right. After meeting with Natalie I knew from the outset that with her knowledge and vision that I was going to get the perfect kitchen for our family. We didn’t have a pile of magazines with ideas circled, I just explained what type of cook I am (very messy), the type of gatherings we have and how we wanted a space to work as a hub for cooking, socialising, homework, chilling out and dining. Natalie and Rebecca presented us with two ideas both of which took us by surprise as it was using the space so more efficiently than we had imagined. Design, planning and choosing our finishes was easy because the design team were so knowledgeable about the products and could answer any questions or queries we had. I trusted their design choices and the ideas for decoration to compliment the kitchen was spot on. The fitting was painless and went ahead without a hitch; the standard of fitting is another level! The quality of the kitchen speaks for itself and it didn’t take us long to get to grips with the techy appliances – which we love. We got the kitchen of our dreams and a kitchen that works like a dream. We have no hesitation in recommending Grid Thirteen to friends.

One of the final pieces in the renovation of our home was to choose the Kitchen, the look, feel, ergonomics and practicality had to work. There are a multitude of suppliers providing excellent products, but finding a company who offered the right products and expertise proved more difficult until we found Grid Thirteen. Tony took our vision, listened to what we wanted and provided a number of design ideas, which didn't just include the kitchen furniture and appliances he had some great input into the room details that enhanced the overall design. On a practical note they were sympathetic to our budget constraints, were always quick to respond and provided very skilled installers. I would have no reservations in recommending Grid Thirteen to anyone, I would positively encourage it!

These guys helped designed my dream kitchen, from brain storming the design brief with Tony, all the way through to the install, there service was top class, and what you expect from a company that works with world class leading brands. There showroom alone is worth a visit !

I was initially interested in using Grid Thirteen for the design, supply and fitting of my kitchen. Upon discussing the plans for my house with Tony, his level of knowledge and creative ideas lead me to use Grid Thirteen for also all the bedrooms and study area. The SieMatic build quality in the kitchen is fantastic as are also the Jesse fitted wardrobes. A great experience from start to finish.

We worked with Grid Thirteen on our 60s bungalow conversion and extension. The project saw a house completely transformed into something unique, with open zone living, a series of contemporary En-Suite Bedrooms, and the installation of an in-roof terrace. As part of the project Grid Thirteen were commissioned to design & instal a kitchen/dining space which worked around the clients lifestyle. They created a fantastic scheme which addressed our clients brief. The quality of product, installation and overall customer experience were all outstanding whilst at the same time as been exceptional to collaborate with. On parking outside, kerb appeal drew me into the showroom, on entering it felt more akin to walking into an amazing home. I was greeted by a wonderful smell of home baking and freshly brewed coffee. The showroom was pristine, designed zones with all accessories perfectly placed, every detail considered. Tony was so hospitable, more like meeting an old friend, his experienced product knowledge shared with a passion. It was an absolute pleasure to spend time, become a client and be inspired with endless possibilities. I absolutely love my Gaggenau appliances. Grid Thirteen is 'one of the best'.

After a considerable amount of research, we approached Grid 13 to design the kitchen in our new house as we felt the existing cluttered and gloomy arrangement didn't really suit our needs. We received a warm welcome from Tony at the show room which was a great start to the process and once the measurements were taken we were invited back to the showroom to view the designs. We were really impressed with the designs as Tony had taken on board our thoughts and designed the kitchen layout accordingly. Furthermore, he had created some great ideas for a coffered ceiling with recessed lighting to add some interest to the high ceiling. Also, after some demonstrations in the showroom we felt the Quooker boiling water tap and concealed Bora extractor made them a must have, both from a design and practicality point of view. With regard to the installation itself, we required the entire job to be project managed and to be completed as swiftly as possible which the team carried out successfully. The fitter was highly skilled and paid great attention to detail ensuring everything was to the highest standard. In closing, we are delighted with the finished product and would highly recommend the team at Grid 13.

We have carried out an extensive renovation and extension project at our new home to create an open plan family room, kitchen and dining room. Natalie visited site before any work had commenced and we chatted through our ideas and how we wanted to utilise the space. At our follow up meeting Natalie brought our vision to life with her amazing graphic images and we knew immediately that she had created our dream kitchen. Natalie not only has an eye for designing kitchens she also has a fabulous creative flair for interior design which helped us greatly with our dining room. Working closely with our architect and builder Natalie and her team brought her images to life. Natalie and Tony's attention to detail was exceptional and can be seen in every element of our kitchen.
