I contacted JEArchitecture after finding it difficult to get strait planning answers from the council. Stephen talked me trough whole process and came and done attic survey and completed any paperwork needed to apply for planning. Peace of mind and now I have full planning and drawings for my future project. Highly recommended.

We were so pleased with the design, work and support that we received from the JEA team. Working with an architect meant that we now have a house designed for how we live. They made the best use of space and worked to design a space that met all of our needs. The space now works for us. JEA came recommended by a family member who had used them for a smaller job. Our own project was a full renovation of a 1970’s semi-detached house in Dublin. While it may have been a relatively simple project we had no experience in this area and felt it was worthwhile to have the experience of an architect on board. We dealt with Joe, Aaron and David throughout the various stages of planning and building. I was really impressed with their presentation of our plans. They produced several A3 images and a 3D model. We provided them with our prioritised wish list and based on our budget were able to incorporate most elements. They were always contactable, on-site regularly and provided frequent written reports on work carried out. No build happens without a few surprises. I was very glad we had JEA on board on those occasions. The final result was better than we could have hoped. We built in Fingal on a rural site and JEA were originally recommended to us by a planning consultant. JEA are known as being experts in securing planning in rural areas. When we first met Joe and the team we loved their cotemporary and lifestyle based design ethos and we engaged with them for the full suite of services which included the design, planning, construction drawings/tendering and build stages. JEA helped us to design a house in Portrane overlooking the sea a few years ago, which turned out to be a dream. We are delighted with what they did with us. They also helped my sister, brother and father to all build houses over the years in Donabate and they were all just as satisfied.

I took proud ownership of my new extension to my house this morning and would like to thank JEA for putting up with all my questions and changes I made throughout the project. Their patience and service is top quality and the finished product far exceeds my original ideas.
